Hi! first and foremost, thank you for visiting my website.

My name is Johan Weich and I am a family and event photographer located in Brea, ca. My name might sound foreign to most of you, and it is. I am originally from Sweden, but moved to California to play college tennis in 2008. Since then a lot has happened. As you can see from the picture above, I am now part of a family of four who I get to share my photographic passion with every day.

I discovered photography at the age 18, and over the past ten years a hobby has turned into a profession. I can truly say that creating and capturing everlasting movements for friends and families bring me joy, and I cannot image doing anything else.

If I had to describe my style of photography it would be with those two words, creating and capturing. For all photographers, capturing moments is essential; however, creating moment has a very important place in my style of photography. I enjoy turning pictures into something more than the original file. Photography is an art form, and just like other art forms, I believe there should not be any limitations.
